Objective
Every decision that a business makes has financial implications, and any decision which affects the finances of a business is a corporate finance decision. This course will cover some of the theory and practice of decision-making within the corporation, as well as assorted other topics.
The objective of the Corporate Finance course is to develop an understanding of the decisions financial managers face. The course presents the advanced concepts and the modern techniques that have been developed in Corporate Finance, by combining theory, empirical evidence, and cases. It explains how financial managers can help maximize their firms’ values by improving decisions in such areas as :
